For buyers
Do you sell online?
No. We post what's new on the site so you know what's there, but the sale is in store. The fun is coming in, looking, touching and taking it home the same day.
Can I reserve a piece?
Yes, message us on WhatsApp with the piece you are interested in and we hold it behind the counter for 24h. No commitment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card and Bizum.
How often do new pieces come in?
Continuously — between new sellers and restocks from existing ones, there are new faces in the store every week.
Are there fitting rooms?
Yes, two comfortable fitting rooms. Take your time.
For sellers
How do I start selling?
Message us on WhatsApp or drop by the store. We chat about your pieces, choose a rental plan and register you in the vendor portal.
How much commission do you charge?
Commission depends on the plan you choose. See pricing for the full breakdown.
When do I get paid for my sales?
On the 5th of each month we transfer what was sold the previous month, deducting commission and rent. A single transfer, transparent.
What documentation do you need?
Full name, NIE/DNI, phone and European IBAN for the transfer. Nothing else.
Is there a legal annual sales limit?
Yes. Under Spanish law, a private individual can sell up to €2,000/year in second-hand goods without declaring the activity. Above that, you must declare it on your income tax. More details.
Who sets the price?
You set it. We advise if you want, based on what we see selling in the store.
Is there a minimum commitment?
None. You rent for whatever duration you prefer, and renew if it's working.
About the wine
What kind of wines do you carry?
A small selection of fine European wines offering excellent value for money. We only stock wines that we have trusted for many years. Our sparkling wine is, of course, already chilled and waiting for you.
Do you do tastings?
Every now and then, yes — we announce them in news and on Instagram.
