1. Purpose

This document governs the general conditions of use of the queretro.es website and the rent-a-shelf service offered by Que Retro Canarias S.L. (hereinafter, "¡Qué Retro!").

2. Identification of the owner

Que Retro Canarias SL, CIF B22535595, with registered office at Av. de Suecia 26, 38650 Los Cristianos, Canary Islands, Spain.

3. Rent-a-shelf service

• The seller rents a physical space in the store according to the rates published at /pricing.
• ¡Qué Retro! displays, safeguards and sells the seller's pieces in exchange for a variable commission depending on the contracted plan.
• Payments to the seller are made monthly, on the 5th day of the following month, by transfer to the European IBAN provided.
• The seller is responsible for the legal ownership of the pieces they hand over and for the truthfulness of the information provided about the pieces.

4. Seller tax obligations

The seller acknowledges being aware of the Spanish tax legislation applicable to the sale of second-hand goods by private individuals, in particular the €2,000 annual limit without the obligation to register as an economic activity. ¡Qué Retro! assumes no responsibility for the seller's personal tax obligations.

5. Returns

As this is in-person sale of unique second-hand pieces, returns are not accepted except for defects not communicated at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual property

The logo, brand and contents of the website are the property of Que Retro Canarias S.L. Product photographs may be the property of the seller or taken by ¡Qué Retro!.

7. Modifications

¡Qué Retro! reserves the right to modify these terms. Modifications will be published at least 15 days before they take effect.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
