How ¡Qué Retro! works
For buyers and for sellers. Simple, transparent, made with love from the Canary Islands.
If you're here to buy
We don't sell online. The fun is coming in, looking, touching and taking it home the same day.
See what is new here
We post the most recent pieces on the website — so you know what's there and decide if it's worth coming. If a piece no longer appears, it already has an owner.
Reserve if you want (optional)
Send us a WhatsApp message with the piece you are interested in. We hold it behind the counter for 24h. No commitment.
Drop by to try it on
We have fitting rooms. Take your time, discover things that weren't on the website, chat with the team. The store is the experience.
You take it home
You pay at the counter (cash or card). That piece won't come back — they're unique. And that's the beauty of it.
If you're here to sell
Rent a shelf, bring your pieces, get paid every month into your account. No store of your own, no website, no marketing. We take care of it.
Choose a plan
From €5/week for a shelf with 1 piece on display + 3 in storage. Up to 20 shelves for large collections. The pricing is here.
Bring us your pieces
We review them together in store, photograph them, tag them with your seller code and put them on display. You set the price (we advise if you want).
Track your sales online
We give you access to vendor.queretro.es, where you see in real time what was sold, at what price, and how much is yours.
Get paid every month
On the 5th of each month we transfer you what was sold the previous month, deducting our commission and the rent. A single transfer, transparent.
To make the monthly transfer and issue the receipt correctly, we need:
- Full name and surname
- NIE / DNI
- Contact phone
- European Bank Account number (IBAN)
Under current Spanish law, a private individual can earn up to €2,000 per year from the sale of second-hand goods without having to declare the activity. Above that amount, you must declare it on your income tax return and, depending on volume, you may need to register as self-employed. If you have any doubts, consult an advisor — we cannot give you personalized tax advice. Please comply with current tax legislation in Spain. We accept no liability for any tax-related issues.
