At 19:00 we open the doors for a small tasting — 12 people max. Five Canarian wines chosen to tell the island's volcanic story:
- Listán Negro from Tacoronte.
- Volcanic Malvasía from Lanzarote.
- Red "de tea" from La Palma.
- Plus two surprises.
Served with northern-Tenerife goat cheese and fresh-baked bread. €15 per person, book via WhatsApp.
